Complete the HypnoBirthing classes from the comfort of your own home. Individual classes allow you a more tailored, private and relaxed approach for learning HypnoBirthing. Held in the comfort of your own home with your birth partner (or partners if you have two), we'll cover the in depth physiological process of birth, learn and practice visualisation, breathing and relaxation techniques. Your birth partners will also learn how to safely and effectively advocate for you during your birth - making you both an informed, confident and capable birthing team!
5 x 2.5 hour classes at a time that suits you!
Together with other couples you'll learn about the physiological process of birth, learn and practice visualisation, breathing and relaxation techniques. We'll cover birth advocacy and by the end of the classes you'll be a solid birthing team.
Group classes are great for mothers/couples looking to meet other couples who have a similar philosophy approaching birth. Classes consist of three couples, so you can receive enough of my attention to personalise Hypnobirthing methods to you.
